Jak sobie z tym wszystkim radzić w sposób świadomy i otwarty postara się nam podpowiedzieć dr Fleet Maull. Podczas spotkanie będziemy uczyć się jak zadbać o swój dobrostan w tych czasach pełnych chaosu, lęku i niepewności.

The domination of artificial intelligence in our lives is becoming increasingly problematic. All this can overwhelm us and give us a feeling of claustrophobia, a feeling that we are at a dead end. Dr. Fleet Maull will try to tell us how to deal with all this consciously and openly. During the meeting, we will learn how to take care of our well-being in these times full of chaos, miedo, and uncertainty.

A long-time close student of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, associated with Shambhala since the 1970s, studied contemplative psychology, transpersonal psychotherapy, founder and director of organizations supporting the rehabilitation of prisoners.
